Questions

This is all so confusing. I'm supposed to get a cashier's check for our closing costs? Why can't I just write a real check? And when the heck am I supposed to know how much our closing costs even are? And I guess we have to get the utilities turned on -- obviously -- by Friday, but I'm worried we'll get stuck with the bill from the previous owners. God, I hope that doesn't happen. Man oh man...there is a lot to do before Friday. Any tips?

    We won't get stuck with any bills, don't worry about that. Our utilities will also be ready on Friday. We'll get that cashier's check too! Everything will be awesome, honey!

    My only advice right now, try not to freak out. Relax and enjoy as much of the experience as you can. Make your first days in your home as lovely as possible! You are in control.
